Sunday night the URL Super Sprint Series had their first showing against the JSRL Southern Sprint Series at Eldora Speedway. Justin Fuller came into the night the hottest driver on the circuit but with new blood and everyone gunning for him could the Aftermath Motorsports driver do it again? In time trials it was the CoreLife Eatery entry of Alex Orians that set fast time in group qualifying. 26 cars would make the main event as series officials decided not to send anyone home but only 24 cars would make it to the grid. The first action saw Al Smith’s Allied Financial Partners car get sideways and clip JSRL hot shoe Ray Farlow ending his night early. Upon the restart Fuller would jump out to the lead over Coty Miller and Alex Orians. Drivers on the move included the 777 Grip TV car of KR Stolfus and Ryan Pace. Both representing JSRL and put on a show coming up through the field. In the end it was Justin Fuller picking up his 4th win of the season and first URL vs JSRL feature event. Miller would finish 2nd followed by Orians making it a podium sweep for the URL. Next week the cars run the second feature of the season at Eldora which is 40 laps in distance can Fuller do it again?
